CYMRIC FAMILY OFFICE SERVICES

Maintaining the confidentiality of your personal financial records is very important to you and to us at Cymric. Since our founding, we have respected your privacy wishes. Our policy has not changed. However, an Act recently passed by Congress requires us to inform our clients how we manage and safeguard their personal information. Our privacy policy is described below.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

In order to serve your financial, business, and personal needs, we collect and maintain nonpublic personal information from you from the following sources:

Information we receive from you, both in writing and orally;
Information about your transactions with us, service providers and others; and
Information we generate in connection with bookkeeping, tax preparation, bill paying, and similar services we perform on your behalf.

INFORMATION WE SHARE

We do not sell your personal information to anyone and we do not disclose it to anyone except as permitted by law or authorized by you. In order to provide the services you have come to expect from Cymric, we may disclose the following kinds of nonpublic personal information about you when such disclosure is necessary or appropriate in connection with the services you have asked us to provide:

Information we receive from you, such as your name, address, social security number, assets, and income; and
Information about your transactions with us and others, such as asset allocation, account balances, operating business information, net worth, and charitable giving.

We may disclose nonpublic personal information about you to the following types of third parties:

Financial service providers, such as fund managers, securities brokers-dealers, investment advisers, and insurance agents; and other advisers, such as lawyers, and
Others, such as tax exempt organizations.

We may also disclose nonpublic personal information about you to nonaffiliated third parties as permitted by law.

RIGHT TO PROHIBIT CERTAIN DISCLOSURES

If you prefer that we not disclose nonpublic personal information about you to nonaffiliated third parties, you may opt out of those disclosures, that is, you may direct us not to make those disclosures (other than disclosures permitted by law). If you wish to opt out of disclosures to nonaffiliated third parties, you may mail the enclosed self-addressed, postage prepaid opt-out form to Cymric any time in the next thirty (30) days.

INFORMATION SECURITY

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to employees and independent professional advisors who need to know that information to provide the services to you for which you have contracted. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information. Your personal information is stored in a secure space or on a secure computer. When your personal information is no longer needed, it is shredded, erased or destroyed, before recycled. We also exercise appropriate due diligence in selecting and monitoring service providers to ensure that the service providers also implement appropriate security measures.

CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY

We reserve the right to change our privacy policy in the future, but will not disclose your nonpublic personal information except as otherwise required or permitted by law without giving you an opportunity to instruct us not to do so.

The new law requires that we provide you the opportunity to prohibit Cymric from disclosing any of your nonpublic personal information. The Opt-Out Notice set forth below is for this purpose. Please understand however, that should you elect to "opt-out," Cymric will not be able to fully and adequately perform the services it performs for you.
